Regarding Base material qualification is OK (But please refer QW 423.1)
For Filler metal,position etc., please refer ASME Sec.IX-QW 350,351, Table QW-352 to 357 for essential variables for welder qualification and QW-360 to QW-363 for Welding Operator Qualifications.
