Dear Experts,For crosshead installation in jetty project, the following materials (37mm) are used.Road way - S355JO
Crosshead - S355JR & S275JR
Pipe track - S355JR
As per European structural steel standard EN10025 , for JR grade, Longitudinal charpy V-notch impacts 27J @20 degrees and for JO grade, Longitudinal charpy V-notch impacts 27J @ 0 degrees.
We received materials mill certificates w/o impact test.
My question is whether impact is mandatory for above grades or any criteria of thickness as per EN10025? Please mention with reference codes.
Your valuable suggestions are appreciated.
