Subject: [MW:26807] Weld JFE EH500

Dear,
I have to weld a material identified as JFE EH500.

According to the supplier's catalog recommend using ER70S3 or ER80S3 wire,
controlling preheating and heat supplied.

This work is for a mining company, in which I have no manufacturing standard
The question is how do I qualify the procedure?

What is the resistance of the tensile test?
With what punch diameter should I make the folds?
Is it advisable to use AWS B2.1?

I appreciate your comments.

Thanks.
