Nothing is mentioned in GA.
Buy EIL spec says SR is reqd. For below 16 mm and NR for above 16mm.
As per code checked but fibre el. Is below 5%

AS per IL spec.all cold formed heads need to be stress relieved.
we have 6mm,10mm,12mm,16mm & 20 mm thk dish end in our job.
 
so my question is shall i do SR for all thickness dish end or how to proceed.
