Dear All, No, We can measure the DFT after completion of Final layer also. In SSPC we have an Instument named TOOKE GAGE or PIG GAGE, it will measure the DFT in each layer, but its a Destructive method.  You have to do the touch painting after the inspection.   Thanks & Best Regards,  Sujin.
