What sort of issues are you facing? What might fix problems with tensile properties of the joint may not fix problems with the impact performance. Please be more specific.

Interesting. What application are you using 201LN for? 308LSi with Argon is not the best choice of consumable if you are not able to get good lateral expansion values. Why are you using a Si bearing word for GTAW?

We are facing lot of problem in mechanical testing (tensile and lateral expansion)of this material. we have controlled the heat input as well inter pass temperature. process- GTAW, filler - ER308LSi, shielding gas - argon 99.9992 purity, parameter - Current 140 - 190 AMPS, Voltage 10 - 15 V, speed 90 - 125 mm/min. 

pl. provide useful suggestion to sort out the problem.
