Below are my replies in rough figure
Piping prefbarication: 60 inch/Welder/day
Piping erection: 20 inch/welder/day 
Pipeline: 40 inch/welder/day
Spherical tanks 40mm thick: 35 cm/welder/day in production and 20 cm/Day in repair

The above values Could be affected in plus/minus depending on the welder, the welding procedure (TIG/SMAW orSMAW..).....
