[MW:20473] Alloying element percentage in low and High alloy steels

Dear all,

What is the percentage of alloying element in low alloy steels and High alloy steels,

If its given in any standards(ASME) kindly give the section & clause details

is it below 10% or 7.5 % for low alloy steels
