Below Specified Elbows have deforms on surface. (Max. 5.5mm dent)

 

A234-WPB 84" 90D Elbow 12.7T – 12Ea

 

cONSTRUCTION code B31.3 -pROCESS piping

 

84" 90 Degree LR Elbow having deformed surface. The pictures below  attached .

 

Request you to provide the Valuble Suggestion and action required to be taken and also provide any code code refernce.
