[MW:16910] Feasibility of repair welding for 4145h steel

All Dear
You know
"AISI 4145H is a chromium molybdenum quality alloy steel specification. As a high tensile steel grade AISI 4145H is primarily supplied in the hardened and tempered
condition to 30-36HRc range to AISI 4145H modified. With a slightly higher carbon content AISI 4145H is similar to AISI 4140 in that it offers good ductility, shock  resisting characteristics combined with resistance to wear. and used in Well Drilling Tools"
and question is
"How can we evaluate the feasibility of repair welding for 4145H steel so that the properties needed to meet?"
