Pl provide suitable electrodes for as attached PMI composition.
I was selected for the E11018 electrode. With Preheat 150 deg.
What is your option.., and welding procedure ?
Equipment : Air receiver Header ,Size Dia 250mm X 4mm.
Application : ESP / Bag filter pulsing header.
Services : 12 years old, power plant .
Defect: Fillet weld center of portion crack observed.
Chinese Power Plant.
