if BM carbon <= 0.08% .. u can do it without PWHT .. E309L-16 .. preheat 300c and interpass < 300C 
else PWHT is essential for avoiding cracks 
U can go for 410S if possible

Pl, guide for Pre heating, inter pass  temperature, consumable to be used 
Thickness of job is 8 mm , 10mm

Dear Experts,  Can anyone share the inspection requirements or a qualification procedure for cold bending? Our client spec states only the requirements for induction bending and would like to know your opinion on the cold bend inspection requirements.
