6010 doesn't required baking because it is being designed to have more ammount of Hydrogen around 60ml to give better penetration in cross country pipe. Hydrogen is being a non conductivity , it does not allow electric arc to flow smoothly, so more arc force is required to push the current which in tern gives deeper penetration.   IF U DO BAKING, HYDROGEN WILL GET VANISHED
