 Hope this is Carbon steel dished end.

First discuss with Design Engineering about this  chordal joint in dished end.

Then locate the joint based on plate width.

Get the drawing.

Check with Dished end forming expert , Is this dished end is  cold forming or hot forming. 

Based on forming Method,  select WPS.

Finalise proposal in consultation with 

Methods Engineering, Design Engineering,  QA and Manufacturing. 

Accor. prepare QAP  Method statement  and circulate to Mfg as per ISO issue document
