[MW:33228] Impact test and PWHT requirements

Dear experts,

Kindly help me to clarify and explain the impact test requirements for procedure qualification (PQR)

Qus #1: P15E material (p91 A335) ferrtic alloy steel need to qualify is it required impact test ?  How to check reference code B31.3 impact requirements table please explain

Qus# 2: regarding for PWHT requirements for mentioned material if it is impact test means PWHT range comes under essential so if PWHT 740 deg celuis doing PQR . Then WPS also same temperature required to perform PWHT? But b31.3 mentioned some ranges ex 700-800 deg celuis. I have doubt this ranges normally if essential variable means we need follow the value rather than range so PWHT how to I perform the PQR did temperature or b31.3 mentioned temperature ranges?

Please advise

Thanks and regards
