[MW:31241] Welder qualified in API1104 Standard with destructive testing re destructive test require for station piping.(sec-ix)

Respected all experts,

I have one welder who qualified in API standard (for line pipe,gas field)with DT reports but now we want to do his new qualification for station piping as per Section ix Standard,for his qualification destructive test again require or not.

Or radiography base we can qualify to him.
