[MW:27951] wrinkle& ripple

Dear All.
We have encountered with some wrinkle& ripples on pipeline. Now we are looking for to expand criteria as much as possible that mentioned in ASME b31.8.
 would you please guide me for this case? and may you share these documents if you have access to them.
