[MW:22865] temper bead welding on S355JR hardened steel (Cold case)

Aftternoon all

I am ivestigating the cause of cracking that occured on hardened S355 JR steel and if its possible to use temper bead on cold case. I would like to compile a welding repair procedure using temper bead welding on hardened S355 JR steel and would appreciate any suggestions and assinstance in the direction addresing this. I would also like to find out whether this practice will be possible or rather what can be suggested as an alternative.

Regards
