Dear All,
I have a query here.In the certification requirements, both in A106 B and A 530 / A 530M, the fully killed statement is not a requirement. If so, Can't we accept a certificate to be deemed as killed, on seeing the certification statement which says the material conforms with the A106 B specification?
Thanks and Regards,
K.Rajagopal

The mfg TC must show fully killed to comformed the requirement. There are also mfg TC available in market, in which Fully killed / killed is not mentioned, these kind of TCs should not be allowed to use if the requirement is Fully killed. On Tue, Oct 18, 2011 at 9:45 AM, Vivek Joshi <hifromvivek@gmail.com> wrote:Hello everybody,
Can somebody tell me please whether ASTM A106 Grade B is fully killed
steel by ASTM specification itself. If not then is it also avalable in
the form of Semi-Killed steel.
