[MW:12751] UT(PA) instead of RT

Dear all
we want use UT(especially PA) in lieu of RT,according code case of 2235.
now anybody have experience/documents about demonstration block and equipments that share to me?
dose anybody know companies that are interested about similar projects in middle east?
