Hi,
 
Contractor at our current project used orbital welding for field work, but it was not very successful. Moving machine to every job location and set was time consuming. Also welding operators had to go for extensive training to produce satisfactory welds.

Thanks, Can u tel r u using these machines, which model? What is repair percentage in RT? what are the major factor for good Orbital machines to get low repair rate, How u r achieving proper fit-up for Orbital welding as i know main factor of orbital welding is proper and accurate fit-up.
