Please follow the following:
GTAW :root & Hot pass :ER 80SB2
SMAW:F& C:E10018D2
Preheat Min 100 Deg C
Max Interpass :250 Deg C
PWHT:Min 610 +/- 10 degree C

This would be fine, but check your thickness & impact requirements.

S355 J2 WP  is a weathering structural steel  It has better atmospheric corrosion resistance. Use E 8018 - W1/W2  Electrodes This is regular...
