As Per AWS D1.1 Group 2 material qualifies Group 1 also & CVN -40 Qualifies -2o also.

WPS is qualified in Group II to Group II, with CVN @-40 deg. cel.,

 

Can we use this WPS , to weld Group II to Group I  combination with requirement of CVN @-20 deg cel.
