[MW:11901] Re: Storage Tanks Collapsed due to heavy wind

I would like to follow the issue as to what was the basic reason and
what was the precautions taken for the project to continue...
was it a design considerations problem or a manufacturing related
problem...

Question for experts...
does the design consider such situations for in process of
construction of the tank with its top not boxed up and if not what are
the precautions to take for the fabrciation team to prevent such
incidents.
