[MW:6658] Fire proofing on vessel anchor bolt

As per our project specification concrete fire proofing is required on saddle of pressure vessel.Contractor has carried out the activity of concrete fire proofing excluding anchor bolts.

However as per my understanding anchor bolt also need fire proofing , I tried to search in API 510 & 572 for scope of fire proof but its not clearly mentioned.
