[MW:6794] Steam Tracers shall be under IBR or not

Dear all,

In piping design; Steam tracing lines are not covered under IBR i.e. non IBR (Even EIL spec. does not cover the same)

We all know that as per IBR steam line with design press. above 3.5 kg or size NPS 10 & above is covered under IBR.

Is there any written document code evidence which says that though tracer design pressure is more than 3.5 kg; steam tracers lines need not be under IBR.

Or MP steam tracer lines shall be considered under IBR?
