[MW:6263] ASME SEC IX Impact Test Requirement Clarification

Dear Friends,

I would like to get a clarificaion on this below stated query.

1) PQR is qualified for the thickness range 5 to 32 with time at temperature of 60 min (all Testing plus Impact tested)

     It can be used till 60*1.25=75 Minutes  Maximum (impact test req applicable)

     For 32 mm requirement is 2.4(Minute/mm)*32=76.8 Minute Minimum Requirement

We had a problem in using this PQR for 32 mm, so we runned a supplementary PQR  for this with 5mm coupon with 1hour 20 minute (80 minute) and obtained 100 minute .(only impact and hardness tested)

2) Clarification required is whether all mechanical testing is required for the new time at temperature requirement, or supplementary testing of impact is sufficient.
