Since the Procedure has been done on a groove (1G) weld, it will qualify all fillet (1F) sizes on all base metal thickness and all diameters.. ( QW-451.4)

Note-1: A PQR was Impact tested at -46 C, on a 50mm Dia Pipe (Wall Thickness=12mm) Deposited Weld Metal: GTAW=2mm & Balance GMAW (10mm). welded  on  material ASTM  A350 LF2  (  P no  1  and  Gr   no 2  ) on position 1G rotated
Note-2: Can the above PQR   support a WPS

1.   welded  on  material  ASTM 105 N  (  P no  1  and  Gr   no 2  )  welded on process  GMAW with weld metal thkn   10mm on position 1 F

Any code case, ASME IX interpretation or reference that we can refer to.
