[MW:4259] Requirement of stabilized PWHT in the case of ER 347

Hi friends
 
Is PWHT mandatory in the case of depositing stabilized weld metal using ER 347 for welding SA 312 TP 321 pipings?
If so what will be the cycle?
The typical application  is heater coil.
