Hi Nimesh

In the past we had welded some galvanised pipes with SMAW - E7018.
However the thickness of your sheets are very less and cant be welded by SMAW.
I recollect that we had also welded some components with TIG - ER70S2. Give it a try with 1.2 mm dia. filler wire and very low amps like 50-70A.

E71T-1C  is Charpy Impact tested at -20degC E71T-1CJ is Charpy impact tested at -40degC. AWS Classification for FCAW is only a supplementary...
