PQR 1 Qualified 10 mm coupon full GTAW

PQR 2 Qualified 40 mm coupon SMAW +SAW

CAN I WRITE WPS  ROOT GTAW + SMAW or SAW

is it mandatory 200.4 (b) PQR 1 qualified 13 mm
