It has something to do with the applicability of the test. Practce C vs. E

Practice C is applied for wrought, Cast or weld metal structure while, E is
applied for wrought or weld metal. thus, the difference remains in
acceptance criteria.

yes but ditch and Interdendritic ditch both are different and it
didn't state anything about Interdendritic ditch structure
