Thanks for the information below. 
 
The chemical cleaning is for newly built boiler at yard and will be erected in FPSO.
We are doing chemical cleaning to remove mild scale and grease.

You may please consult either Drew Ameroid or Unitor chemicals which are the standrad suppliers for chemicals in most of the ports. Here I am assuming, you are talking about a boiler fitted presently on the ship and not removed to the yard, as such. If at all the boiler is an exhaust gas economiser ( or exhaust boiler in Marine engineering terms) and is choked near the side where exhaust gas enters the shell, it is going to be extremely dificult and impossible at times to get the tubes cleaned internally by chemical circulation or soaking . If it is a new boiler then only a detergent plus mild alkali/ acid circulated and later a neutralising solution with fresh water washing will be enough.
