Hi Mustak,
As far as my knowledge goes CE values indiacted are max. and hence there can not be any tolearnces on it. Secondly importance of CE is for establishing preheat temperature which is already established as per material P nos.. Now your question is weather CE is essential variable. Answer is if you refer ASME SEC. IX no where CE is spelt out as essential variable.
