[MW:659] Bolt Length in ASME B31.3

Repeat request to all members to use appropriate subject line, please simply don’t hit the reply button of old mails when posting a new querry.

 

Now back to discussion on the subject querry, B31.3 indicates, bolt should extend completely through their nuts, and it is concidered acceptable if the lack of complete engagement is not more than one thread.

The code ASME B31.3 has tolerance about the threads bolts in the Nuts( shall be full nuts)

How much threads bolts shall be nuts out
