  Dear mustak  patel
I think by CE u mean Carbon Equivalent. As per ASME Sec IX there is nothing specified for CE tolerance in WPS or WPQ.
CE is required to find out the preheating temp. of the job...
in British or japanese standards its given + 0.003 % Max ?? surprising. what is the british standard - EN 288 ?
How can CE be such low - 0.003. For CS, the CE is 0.2 -0.4
