9606-1 covers only manual and partially mechanized welding. If your SAW is mechanized as per definition of 14732 then you need to involve both standards

A welder was qualified in combination of GMAW(Semiauto)+SAW(Mechanized) . Whether Certificate is to be made as per ISO9606-1 or ISO14732 OR combining both stds??
