[MW:26129] Mild steel & carbon steel , carbon difference as per code

Dear Sir,

As we all of us known too and always talking about mild steel and carbon steel material.

As I know that, carbon percentage makes a difference to differentiate carbon steel and mild steel. As mild steel has low carbon percentage as compared to carbon steel.

But I want to know that as carbon steel comes in IS2062 category, then mild steel has to be study by which code?

Or
if we say IS 2062 for mild steel plates, then we can concluded that grade C is mild steel while grade A is carbon steel. Is it right.

Basically, I want to know, above which carbon % , material is said to be carbon steel and below which mentioned as mild steel.
In which code or standard it is mentioned?

Regards
Prasad
