[MW:26022] ASME B31.1, Pressure Test - Variation from Normal Operation

Dear all,

  could you please confirm if the design criteria para 102.2.4 Rating : Allowance for variation from Normal operation  it can be applied also for hydrotest or just for operation conditions.
