Dear Sir,
Your calculation is wrong and I think you are not understanding the concept of senstivity calculation and selection of IQI.

2% of sensitivity of 4.1 mm thk would be 0.082mm and the IQI wire diameter of 0.082mm shall be visible in the film. 
So you have select as per ASME Sec V Table 233.2 ,  set B to be used.
