No, yo have to weld base material with equal or minor yield strength of pqr base material  (and same group).

Just in case that you weld two diferents materials of same group at least one of them has to be equal or minor yield strength than pqr used base material.

 paperwork says plate is s355 but s235 is used to do mock upp for pqr. same group no.
