Dear Sir,
Take RT/UT of that area (consider the weld area of fillet weld for RF pad also)
After getting it cleared in RT/UT; flush grind the area and do the fitup of the RF pad.
Some specification insists to do DPT after flush grinding (Even after acceptance of RT/UT); before fitup of RF pad.
