Mr. Pandithan,
PWHT is an essential variable for any welding procedure. Hence incorporating 2 PQR’s in one WPS with PWHT & No-PWHT could be confusing. Advice would be to make 2 separate Welding Procedures referencing 2 separate PQR’s . Please look under QW-407 for explanations.
