[MW:25151] use of PN16 flanges dimensions are as per EN 1092-1 for asme div-1

Please advice whether we can use PN16 flanges dimensions are as per EN 1092-1 without providing any calculations as per appendix -2, for ASME Div-1 pressure vessel, material specification is SA105,
