Gr 2 will have less value compare to Gr1

-- Dear Gents,--Our Construction Code is ASME B 31.3.Our Client standard is asking for the minimum impact value of 34/27 J for P1 Gr 1 & 40/32 J for P1 Gr 2 full size (10X10) specimens both Weld metal and HAZ at minimum design temperature for PQR qualification.Process- GTAW + SMAWOut MDMT is -45 Deg C.The PQR tested at -64.7 deg C and the impact values are as follows for Weld 20.33/17 J and for HAZ-1 is 41.5/35.5 & HAZ-2 is 40/50 J.Specimen size is 10X4.Is the test result acceptable for Weld zone as per client std.?We need your kind advice and code reference.--Thanks & Regards
