Normally with an induction bend you would align the pipe seam on the neutral axis. I have never seen one that looks like these with all the puckering along the weld seam. They appear to be made as two half shells fitted/forced together prior to welding. Check all aspects of their compliance with dimensional requirements of specification ASME B16.28 which is applicable for elbows.
