The basic of UT sound of velocity of Steel alsmot same including SS and CS. But to know exactly you have to calib on standard block of which material to be used.

I think You can consider the velocity of sound as steel for this material.
For longitudinal waves, take V = 5900 m/sec
For shear waves, take V = 3200 m/sec
