[MW:17560] Welding Position & Backing in PQR

Dear Friends,
Is welding position & backing is the criteria for PQR;
 
Can we  use any position , with or without backing for PQR...and we don't have any restriction on above parameters
 
 
 
Kindly clarify as per ASME SEc IX

[MW:36169] Cold Bending Qualification

Dear Experts,  Can anyone share the inspection requirements or a qualification procedure for cold bending? Our client spec states only the requirements for induction bending and would like to know your opinion on the cold bend inspection requirements.
