[MW:17534] SAW PIPE ( PSL2) FOR SKELP HYSDROTEST AT THE TIME OF MPQT/REGARING MECHNICAL TEST SAMPLE

                GOOD DAY
I WANT TO KNOW FOR CARBON STEEL PIPE-PSL-2 (SAW WELDING) SKELP PORTION/SKELP PIPE SHOULD BE HYDRO TESTED OR NOT AT THE TIME OF MPQT.

THE SAMPLE FOR MECHANICAL TEST  SHOULD BE HYDRO TESTED  OR NOT IN SAW WELDED PIPE???ITS MANDATORY THAT SAMPLE FOR MECHANICAL TEST SHOULD BE HYDRO  TESTED IN SAW PIPE /PSL-2 DURING PRODUCTION AND AT THE TIME OF MPQT?PLEASE GIVE REFERENCES OF CODE AND STD.

Dear Experts,  Can anyone share the inspection requirements or a qualification procedure for cold bending? Our client spec states only the requirements for induction bending and would like to know your opinion on the cold bend inspection requirements.
