[MW:17560] Use of other brands of filler & Flux combination for SAW welding than what brand used during PQR

Dear Friends

We have PQR with F7A8 EM12K from ESAB Brand ;

Can we use F7A8 EM12K from other Brands viz Bohler, Lincoln, Kiswel etc...

Is it acceptable as per SEC IX...
